Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Aravam (aravamvoice.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 17488149 CANADA CORP. (VoxTN). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Aravam provides Tamil text-to-speech synthesis, voice cloning, and voice marketplace services. Features and availability vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or use the platform for automated bulk synthesis without an enterprise agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Aravam to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or impersonates real individuals without consent. You may not use voice cloning features to clone the voice of any person without their explicit written consent. You may not use generated audio to deceive, defraud, or harm others. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.
5. Voice Consent and Cloning
When submitting a voice sample, you confirm that you are the owner of that voice or have obtained explicit written consent from the voice owner. You accept full legal responsibility for ensuring consent is valid and documented. VoxTN reserves the right to require proof of consent at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of audio you generate using your own voice or licensed voices. You grant VoxTN a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the service. The Aravam platform, models, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of 17488149 CANADA CORP.
7. Voice Actor Royalties
Voice actors on the Aravam marketplace earn royalties as defined in their Voice Actor Agreement. Royalty rates are set in basis points and displayed in your account dashboard. VoxTN processes royalty payments monthly subject to a minimum threshold.
8. Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pay-per-use charges are billed monthly in arrears. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
