We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a plan. We also collect voice samples and audio recordings when you use our voice cloning features, with your explicit consent.

We automatically collect usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and synthesis job metadata to improve our service.

3. Voice Data and Biometric Information

Voice samples submitted for cloning are biometric data. We collect and process this data only with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your voice model at any time by contacting us at privacy@voxtn.com or through your account settings.

Voice samples are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with encryption at rest. We do not sell or license your biometric data to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service communications, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), and Vercel (hosting). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and audit purposes. Voice models are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Generated audio files are retained for 24 hours by default unless saved to your account.

7. Your Rights
